I-Guides Orientation

HI EVERYONE!
I-Guides 1ST EVENT IS HERE!!! On the 20th SEPTEMBER 2008, Saturday, we will be having our I-Guides Orientation. This event is for all who signed up for I-Guides, which includes Sub committee members as well as participants. The event would allow you guys to know more about I-Guides, namely what activities you guys will be participating in. It will also be an opportunity for you guys to make new friends who will be with you on your I-Guides journey, which we hope will be a fun and enjoyable one. Therefore, let's get off to a good start of this journey, come down to our I-Guides Orientation! TIME SLOT BOOKING

This post is for ALL SUB COMMITTEE APPLICANTS.
Things To Take Note 1) If you are unable to make it on the 5th & 6th September for the interview, you are to email the reason to susan.iguides@gmail.com 2) Once you have filled in your timeslot, you are not allowed to make any more changes unless there is a valid reason 3) Please come in 10 minutes before your timeslot to register your attendance. 4) Booking of timeslots are on a 1st come 1st serve basis. Email the timeslot to DEREK.IGUIDES@GMAIL.COM only. Please follow this format. Subject: Timeslot booking Message: NAME: CONTACT NO.: TIMESLOTS: 1ST CHOICE: 2ND CHOICE: 3RD CHOICE: An email will be sent out to reply you about the timeslot that you have been confirmed into. Please follow that timing. DEADLINE of Booking of Timeslots: Thursday, September 4, 7pm This is a reminder that the interview is COMPULSORY for all who wishes to be in the sub committee.
